Terms of use
These terms are the agreement between you and Greazy. They are written to be read rather than to be survived, and they say what we will do, what you may not do, and what happens if either of us stops.
Last updated 25 August 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
Greazy ("we", "us") is an AI companion and creative-media service at greazy.ai and app.greazy.ai.
Questions about these terms go to support@greazy.ai, which is read by a person.
Using Greazy means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use it.
2. Your account
You can sign in with a username and password, or with Google. Either way the account is yours alone: keep your credentials to yourself, and tell us if you think somebody else has them.
You need to be old enough to enter into an agreement where you live, and to meet any minimum age your country sets for a service like this. Greazy is not directed at children, and an account we find belongs to one is closed and its content deleted.
You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details, and one account per person.
3. What Greazy actually is
Every companion on Greazy is a fictional character produced by software. They are not people, they are not supervised by people, and nothing they say comes from a person who knows you.
A companion may sound certain and be wrong. Nothing on Greazy is medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and none of it is a substitute for a professional. Greazy is not a crisis service — if you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line.
The pictures and video Greazy makes are generated. They are not photographs of real events, and they should not be presented to anybody as though they were.
4. What you may not do
These are the rules, and they are the ones we enforce without warning and without a refund:
- Nothing that sexualises, endangers or exploits a child, in any form, real or generated, and no attempt to make one. This is absolute, there is no context in which it is allowed, and it is reported where the law requires it.
- No real person without their documented consent. Do not upload, swap, animate or generate the face or likeness of a real, identifiable person unless you have their permission and can show it. That includes public figures.
- No intimate imagery of anyone who did not agree to it, and nothing designed to harass, humiliate, defame, blackmail or impersonate.
- Nothing illegal where you are, and nothing that infringes somebody else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
- No fraud: do not present generated media as authentic evidence, news, identity documents, or the endorsement of a person or company.
- No attacking the service — no scraping, no automated abuse, no reselling access, no working around credit limits, rate limits or safety measures.
5. What you upload
What you upload stays yours. You give us only the permission we need to run the service you asked for: to store your file, process it, and show the result back to you.
By uploading, you confirm you have the right to do so — including the consent of anybody whose face appears in it. We do not use your uploads or your conversations to train models. We do not publish them, and we do not sell them.
6. What Greazy makes for you
Whatever you generate is yours to use, including commercially, as far as the law allows and as long as you followed the rules above while making it.
Two honest limits: generated output cannot always be owned outright under copyright law in every country, and other people may generate something similar. Marks that identify the output as AI-generated must not be removed.
7. Plans, credits and cancelling
Greazy runs on credits. A plan gives you an allowance that refills on a schedule; unspent allowance is replaced at the refill rather than added to it, so credits do not accumulate indefinitely. Top-up packs sit underneath the plan, are only spent once the allowance is gone, and do not expire. The current figures are on the pricing page and are part of these terms.
Paid plans are priced in US dollars and renew until you cancel. You cancel from your account at any time, cancelling stops the next charge, and you keep what you have paid for until the period ends. Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred.
Refunds are covered in Refunds and cancellation. Where a generation fails through our fault, the credits for it are returned automatically.
8. The service changes, and sometimes it breaks
Greazy is provided as it is. Features are added, changed and withdrawn, models are replaced, and parts of it are early enough that they are labelled as such in the product.
We do not promise uninterrupted service. We do keep your work: nothing is deleted to make room, and where we have to remove something we tell you why.
9. Ending it
You can stop at any time: delete your companions, delete your content, or ask us to close your account.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks section 4, that is being used to attack the service, or where the law requires it. For anything short of the absolute rules we will tell you what happened and give you a way to answer.
10. Liability
To the extent the law allows, Greazy is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for anything arising from your use of generated content — including any use of it that breaks section 4.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be removed by agreement.
You are responsible for what you make and what you do with it, and you cover us for claims that arise from your breaking these terms.
11. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them, and a change that materially affects you is announced in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use Greazy after that is how you accept it.
