Refunds and cancellation

1. Try it before you pay

The free plan needs no card. It lets you make pictures, edit them, and run the test frame — one frame of a head or character swap on your own clip — before you pay for a video.

That is what it is for: so the decision to buy is made on your own results, not on our examples. It is also why the refund rule below is as simple as it is.

2. Cancelling

Cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal: you keep your plan and its allowance until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing is charged after that.

Top-up packs are one-off purchases. They do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel, and their credits do not expire.

3. When you get a refund

A job is one thing you asked Greazy to make: a picture, an edit, a swap, a test frame or a video.

• Fewer than two jobs run since the purchase: write to us and we refund it in full, to the payment method it came from.
• Two jobs or more run since the purchase: it is not refundable. By then the purchase has been used, and the free plan had already let you test first.
• A job that fails because of us gives its credits back automatically, and it does not count as one of your two.

4. What is never refunded

An account closed for breaking the rules in the Acceptable use policy is closed without a refund. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another account.

5. How to ask

Write to support@greazy.ai from the email address on your account, with the date of the purchase. We check the jobs on it and, if it qualifies, refund it to the original payment method.
